Washington, DC,  – The Population Health Alliance (PHA) has just announced its keynote speakers for the organization’s 16th annual Population Health Forum. This year’s line-up includes noted journalist Eleanor Clift, political expert Mark Siegel, Director of Physician Regulatory issues for CMS Dr. William Rogers, and industry expert and Oliver Wyman Partner Sam Glick. Registration is now open for the conference, which will be held in Washington, DC at the Renaissance Washington Hotel, November 2-4, 2015.

“As reimbursement shifts from fee-for-service to outcomes and value-based models, as technology continues to put health management tools and information in the hands of consumers, and as Big Data analytics enables deeper understanding of cost drivers and consumer preferences, the population health field is exploding with growth and innovation.

The opportunities for organizations, both experienced and new to the field, have never been greater,” explains Christobel Selecky, Chair of the Board of the Population Health Alliance.

“But, with opportunity often come challenges. In its decade and a half as the association representing the full range of companies, organizations, and individuals in the population health field across the continuum of care, the PHA has helped our members anticipate and navigate those challenges. That’s why the Population Health Alliance Forum provides population health practitioners with practical information about best practices, proven models, and innovative developments and many opportunities to network and share knowledge and experiences.”

This year’s Forum will focus on the theme “Welcome to Health. Population: One,” emphasizing that success in population health is dependent on the ability to impact the well-being of individuals in ways that are meaningful to them. In addition to the distinguished keynote speakers, the conference will feature three breakout educational tracks with sessions highlighting successful and innovative programs covering the continuum of population health, from workplace wellness through solutions for an aging population.

The Population Health Forum is sponsored by Aetna, Health Dialog, HealthFitness, Interactive Health, Healthwise, and Noridian Healthcare Solutions.

An early bird rate registration rate of $495 and $795 is available to PHA members and non-members respectively, until September 27, 2015.
